• 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 Regular Cab
• Auto converted to NV4500 with 1 3/8 input shaft and short throw shifter.
• Twin disk sintered iron fly weighted clutch. (starts engaging with clutch depressed at 5000rpm) Really similar to the Haisley comp puller except it had stronger springs and less weights, so it could be more controllable.
• NP241DHD transfer case
• Rear driveshaft with 1480 joint in the rear and 1410 in the front.
• Stock front driveshaft
• Dana 80 rear with welded open carrier
• Fabed diff cover with integral bearing supports
• CTM 300m 37 spline rear axles.
• 5.13 gears
• Open carrier in the front Dana 60
• Dual wheels on the rear 285-70-17 BFG AT on rear
• Eagle aluminum front wheels with 285-75-16 BFGAT on front.
• Weight bracket on front to hold older JD style weights.
• Rear bumper with pintel ring for hitch.
• 2 inch X ¼ square tube axle bars.
• Full driveshaft shields and loops on the rear shaft.
• Front u joint shield no loops, Passed tech last year, prolly need to install more this year.
• ENGINE
• Was just installed mid season 2010.
• Balanced rotating assemble
• 14mm main studs
• Line honed main journals.
• Polished crankshaft
• Block bore is 4.063
• Mahle big bowl pistons, tapered above top ring. Fly cut .250 high temp coating on tops and anti friction coating on sides.
• USA stock rods that was balanced
• COLT CAMS cast billet cam intake lift/dur 327/228 ex 336/244 ICL of 102*
• 1.5 inch CR lifters
• Stock pushrods
• Crank gear tig welded on
• Billet front cover with cam nose bearing support
• Stainless diesel exhaust manifold modified by Engineered diesel to a T6 flange.
• S480 Turbo. 80mm comp wheel. 88x96 turbine with 1.32 exhousing.
• Ported cylinder head with inconel exhaust valves 1.755 diameter 11/32 stems 1.875 stainless intake valves 11/32 stems. Bronze valve guides.
• Intake is machined off head and a individual runner intake manifold
• Hamilton Cams stage 2 springs and retainers.
• JL machine 5x20 injectors with dual feed passages
• .093 steel injection lines.
• 13mm p7100 with RSV governor.
Air to water intercooler (not sure the brand but is heavy built and had 4 inch fitting on it)
• Makeshift cooler on passenger side for the water reservoir. (Needs redone)
• Hand throttle
• Older Snow water injection system.

Yea Ill dig some up, prolly have to mute it to save your ear drums from my girlfriend yelling.
 
How many rpms off the line what does it run down the track... Is it ready to hook now
 
Governor will spin up to 6000 if you let it. If I recall it would run 4500 down the track in 4th gear low side. I never ran a logger so it was a bit hard to watch. It is parked just the way it was after the last tine I hooked it. I did run antifreez thru the h2o to air system.
 
It has been one of those projests that was never done, when it broke, i would fix it with better parts. I just never had trouble with the front end. I think the 513 gears helped that somewhat.

I have never bent a stock pushrod yet...
