99 24v valve cover on 03?

I have a powder coated 99 24v valve cover and have no need for it anymore and I was wondering if anyone has ever put one on a commonrail head? I wouldn't mind seeing it on my 03. If anyone could help me would be appreciated thanks

Don't think its gonna work. Different bolt pattern I believe. The 24v has the bolts right down the center I think....the CR has 3 sets of 2 equally divided down the middle.

The heads have the same bolt pattern.
On the Common Rails, there's a spacer or "rocker box" that adapts the upper valve cover to the head.

The problem with using the 24 valve rocker cover is that there is no place for the wiring to go for the injectors, which means you need to cut holes on the 2003-2005 CRs, or make a valve cover gasket to work on the 2006-up.
