ABS& Brake idiot lights and cruise problems

So I'm out of town and the GF has my pickup, she called me and said the abs and brake light were on yesterday, lights are off today but now the cruise doesn't work and once without turning it on she was getting off the freeway when it kicked on by itself. Any ideas?

Mine did the same thing, check the sensor on top of the rear diff, check that connections are tight and clean, check all the wiring and vaccum lines, check sensors going to each wheel you have ABS, Aslo check vaccum switch mounted on the firewall, also check the ABS switch should be mounted under the driver side battery, also flush your brake fluid and add new.check brake light switch also. If you have cruise control it will not work either. Theres a start!
