ac lines???

guys, putting some compounds on this dodge but the ac lines are geting in the way, what can we to to bend them? we have pried on it and can't budge them, should we heat them????? if so how much?

If you stablize the bottom side of an aluminum section and gently twist the top side down around the support, it should give you about 15 degrees of play before it breaks. I haven't been able to bend the steel sections successfully.
