Adding Air Conditioning

I found a truck that I like, however it is a base model with no power windows, locks, etc. and no air conditioning. I know that I can add power windows and locks, however what would it take to add air conditioning? I know that I would have to add all the lines, etc., but would I have to get a different air box, pcm, dash, etc.?
