adj. rear stops ?

Anyone have any pics of rear suspension stops? I was thinking along the lines of a 1 inch dia. bolt with a jamb nut. Pics would be great. This is my daily driver so they must be adjustable or easily removed.
 
Here are one I make. They are 1" bolts with 2" union nuts and 1/2" jam nuts.

Bragg is that a rotating table you have there some day I will have some of that fancei equipment for my small shop.

heres how we make are, they can be adjusted with truck being solid or you can move the pin and have 1'' of down travel or you can move the pin and have 1'' of up travel. they bolt in factory location and take u bolts and go around the axle on the truck hope this helps

Whats the point of the 1" up travel?
 
Its the stupidest rule ever made. Established a few years ago because somebody thought it would level the playing field some for the guys that didn't have suspension blocks at all. But in turn it just cause more bouncing and more broke drivetrain parts.

Dale, thats a Tire Changer lol. It was the cleanest and best looking thing in the shop, so........ lol.
 
heres mine
5/8" holes on 1" centers blocks are 8" long and 7 holes
