So this is my rig;

1996 P-pumped 12valve
BBD 60# Valvesprings
4k GSK
Raptor 150GPH LP
5x.014 DDP Injectors
Marine HG
Maxed Out P-Pump 700cc !!
No Plate
Tuned AFC
20° Timing
Holset HX40 & HX60 Compounds
Custom 4,5" Downpipe
5" Pipe feeding Dual 6" Stacks

I'm currently deciding on a clutch upgrade...

Need advice on the following;

I've already cut the foot for more travel, cut off the tunnel and about 5mm off the foot itself...

What should i put the regulated pressure to for full travel of the foot ???

Should i advance timing more to be able to regulate the ignition better ???

How much hp should i be able to put out with the setup i've got, do these sticks really stand up to DDP's 650hp+ statements..?
 
I've seen 100+hp from timing....run high 20s or low 30s and it should feel real strong up top....and really lazy down low LOL
 
I was at a similar set-up to yours at one point and with the exception of a cam and my truck seemed to run better at 24 degrees but pumps are like fingerprints they are all differant.
