Air in fuel. TDi

What have you guys found to be the best way to check the fuel lines for leaks or areas that let tiny amount of air in ?

I don't see any car info, if its a 99-2003 Jetta/golf/beetle, update your fuel level sender.

Also sometimes the fuel lines get a little discolored too if they have pinholes in them for an extended period of time.

Another to check is the IP head O ring, that is a known failure point that will cause issues. You can reseal it without removing the IP if you are careful.

He says he's seeing tiny bubbles in the clear hose after the filter.

Yeh I know.. that's just what he says. I still gotta.put my own googlers on it.

Its pretty common to have tiny bubbles in the fuel lines, doesn't always mean there is a leak, its just what these do. If its causing problems, then go digging.
