air research turbo

Got a guy selling a brand new Turbo dirt cheep. Intake .92 exhaust 1.08 and t6 flange. What I'm wondering is if I could spool it and not be to crazy smokey on the street. Have efi live an will have injectors soon. Trucks 07 5.9

Production under the AiResearch brand ceased 1985, that should explain why it is dirt cheap.

Any idea at all what the compressor and turbine specs are?

That makes a lot of sense then. I figure why let it go to waste though. The specs above are the only ones I got, any idea if I could spool it?
