All swap parts needed for nv to 48re?

Ok I believe all the parts needed are Trans, trans adapter or starter spacer, cross member, T-case, cooler, and drive shafts due to the front flange being different. Are the shafts the same length? Is there any differences in the length of the trans or T-case? What about regular cab long bed to quad cab short bed? I plan on going with a manual valve body and a kilduff twister floor shifter so I don't have to worry about the column or the electronics.

Got a 29 spline billet tcs output for the auto I had built, have bought a trans adapter from a member, got a derale 25 core atomic cooler, 5 gal rp max atf, isspro trans temp gauge, and I still have to get a kilduff twister floor shifter a flex plate and all the parts to overhaul my t-case. Also got a dodge tv cable to modify my apps and use that with it. The trans is a 47rh with 48re guts aramet input and DPC 3 disc converter. Hoping I stop having trans issues after this.
