Got it out of a running wrecked truck, has converter, deep pan and cummins bell housing.was gonna use it on one of my trucks but decided not to. Still sitting on pallet, will ship truckline if needed. Thanks. $750
 
At545 has no TCM. It is a medium duty four speed direct drive transmission without lockup converter. Think school busses, RV's, ect.
 
Yeah they hold some pretty good power, alot of people are using them in big bog trucks, sled pullers, and the lil racing semi's
