the cad system in my d60 is getting worn the axles have some movment up and down and the inner axle can move side to side about a 1/4 inch, this is competition only mud truck and didnt know if anyone made a sleeve as wide as the acess hole to allow the axles to be locked. second option is to buy a new wear sleeve to pick up some slack and just bolt the fork in place, no i dont need a posi lock cable, but might have to get different axles with less wear. any opinions on this? thanks

If it were me, being a competition truck, I'd do a one piece axle like stated above and do away with the cad system.

figured that would be said right away, i tried searching but didnt find much, im guessing a axle out of a 02 or chevy dana 60 will work? whats the spline count. also im trying to keep cost down, and strength is really not going to be a real concern at this time
