Are Dodge 1/2 ton front hubs interchangeable

With 3/4 ton hubs? For 2wd.

I want to use a 1/2 ton drop spindle and the ball joints will fit, but I cannot determine if my 3/4 ton 2wd hub will bolt to the 1/2 ton spindle. 07.5 truck.

Thanks. I saw this truck at the Texas mile a few years ago, thanks for the reminder.
Although I think he converted to 5 lug entirely. I just want the spindle, and use the 8 lug hub.

I believe they will but you would have to switch to the 3/4 ton brakes also
