automatic to standard

how hard is it to change an automatic to a standard in a 97 f-250?

Dont know about the OBS, but i just swapped a standard for an auto.......turfing the auto is the easy truck.....just the clearance from the floor pan is a pain......Umm, the input shaft is larger on the standard so you need to swap that in the T-case....You need to change column parts, on the SD it was easy, the easiest part actually. its not that hard to put in a standard.
