bd ram x power

Does anyone know anything about the bd performance ram x power box for an 03 dodge? It is the box under the hood and it piggy backs into your injector wires with a adjustment knob in the cab. Wondering if anyone know about it and the little red light and the green light on the circuit board. thank you
