Bellhousing

Thinking of using a 3 disc weighted clutch for next season. Looking to see if any one has a pic of the hole the placed in the bellhousing for easy weight adjustment. Or how big of a hole you can safly drill without weaking the bellhousing. Trying not to remove the trans everytime.

4in hole in the center works. Put the hole saw on it, shut your eyes and drill that $400 bell housing

It's not the best pic but it will work.

Works with this clutch.

What are the options for an aftermarket blow proof bell housing for a Cummins setup? I just don't like the Idea of using the stock bell housing with a blanket.

Totally agree. I am a CNC machinist/Programmer/Designer. There has to be a way to make a $500 lakewood bell work. I will be looking into it...We are a little slow at work right now too...

Thanks for the pic that will help. Looks like it's centered between the front and rear of the bell housing.

Yes. I used the holesaw we had for the B&W hitches. It looks harder from laying underneath the truck than what it is. I did mine on the trailer between pulls
