Is that straight IC pipe for the drivers side? Pipes are stainless, right?

So the lower radiator hose goes through the IC pipe?

What application is that for? I see a leaf spring in the picture.

the lower radiator hose is on the inside of the pipe. it sets about 3/4 in awt from pipe. its for as 96' dodge. when i ordered it the sent me the pipng kit unbent. so i could fab it to work. luckily it bolted right up. the engine in is in a 79' ford.
