Blowing #27 FUSE

I just noticed that my truck keeps blowing #27 fuse. The manual said it was something to the affect of ignition source. Not sure completly WHAT it does or why it is blowing.

I have noticed that my turn signals work but there is no illumination on the dash to show that they are working.

It's a 5 amp fuse in teere at the moment. So I know I have the right fuse according to the manual.

anyone have this happen before? Where did you start for trouble shooting. My truck no longer has the 7.3 It's a 12V cummins now. So the wiring gets even more tricky.

Bump...still doing it. Now it won't hold a charge for longer then 24 hours. Charge the batteries up today and they are dead tomorrow. ( new batteries as of 8 weeks ago)

Check the wires and connection at your multi function switch (turn signal switch) I've seen where the wires have pulled loose from the connector before. Put your turn signal on and move the tilt wheel up and down. If they flash at times that's your problem.
