Okay, as the only Pro Cooler Official present for this race, allow me to clear things up, they are a bit hazy, but I think I can set the record straight LOL

Phil did indeed spray the first pass, but since it was a shakedown run there was no penalty.

I'll get up a rules list when I have more time, they'll be REALLY simple, trust me LOL
