Going through my 07.5 after buying it i had to put rear brakes on and two new calipers bleed brakes the old fashion way many of time and pedal is still spongy do I have to bleed the abs some where I'm new to a vehicle this new

Bleeder screw pointing up? Don't know how many times I've seen guys swap calipers and install them on on the wrong side.

I got them from napa put them on driver side bleeder is up and pass in down I didn't think it matter that why I put them on the parts numbers on box say driver and pass but they must of messed them up in packaging why would bleeder down make a difference

why would bleeder down make a difference

Well... if the bleeder is down how are you filling the piston with fluid if it drains out the bottom every time you open the bleeder? Then there is the question of how you are going to let the air out if you can't fill it with fluid first..
