Brand new 5in downpipe (04.5-07), Quadzilla boost fooler

I have a brand new 5in downpipe for a 04.5-07 Dodge. I also have what appears to be a brand new Quadzilla boost fooler. It came with the truck I purchased and is still in the box, but the box is opened. It looks new tho.
