Cab Mount

I got a 01 f250 and it seems to be the cab mount is totally shot, took the seat out and the bolt is not even all the way tightened, tried tighten it down and the thing will not move, someone before me must of taken it off and when they put the bolt back in either cross threaded it or somthing, what is the best way to get it out and where can i go to get one? Is it a ford part or do they sell aftermarket ones?
