Camshaft position sensor removal tips

I'm looking for some tips on getting to the camshaft position sensor. From what I can make out, the easiest way to get to looks to be to disconnect the ecu and remove it to make room. Is my thinking correct on this? Does anyone have any tip on switching out this sensor? Thanks for the help guys.

Ive changed cam and crank without removing a thing. Pretty easy just a little tight quarters is all.
