cast/standard vs billet/race cover

anyone ever do any back to back to see how much difference it really makes? Im thinking about putting a billet wheel in my 475 as i know it wont hurt me in my next goal of hitting 8's in my street car but what do you guys think its really worth? it the billet lighter? flow more? or just sound good to say? or does all this just come into plat at hight pr's?

I went from a cast 80mm with 63AH cover to a FI billet 80mm with a 66AH cover. Cut around a tenth of a sec.

well i think i will have an answer of my own next week. I finally think i will have my combination to a point of being consistant so Im going to get a billet 6 blade to replace my cast 75 wheel and should see if there is any gain at the track with only this change..
