cel after egr/dpf delete

just tuned my buddys 07.5 6.7 cummins. we put an egr delete kit and dpf delete kit on it. fired it up. turned it off and pulled the codes. it threw a
P0487
P0405
P144E
P2141
P245C

i went in and disabled those codes on a clean stock file from tunefiledepot.com and flashed it back into the truck. now the truck still has a cel but doesnt have a code when i try to display the codes with the v2. any ideas?

whats soot threshold at?

i didnt change the soot level threshold. should i max the values out? can i just disable the soot level sensor and not change the threshold?
