Doing a reverse level on my drag truck but removing all my overload springs and extra springs so im basically shortening the pack by about 6 inches. (not lowering) My issues is ubolts will be far to long and threads not long enough. Also will be replacing the large factory block with a shorter one to effectively lower truck.

The question.. I know we have the 3 inch wide factory blocks and most all aftermarket block are 2.5 wide.

anybody know where to get 3 inch wide but shorter blocks?

Places like PMF will build custom fabricated blocks. I'd think you'd be able to get everything you need.

I have some 2" blocks from Top Gun Customs. 3" wide with center dowel. Never used just sitting on the shelf

If you are needing shorter u-bolts, any heavy truck parts house should be able to make them for you.

A decent machine shop with a mill should be able to shorten your factory blocks.

I cut my blocks with a horizontal band saw and re drilled the alignment hole. A local shop made me some u-bolts.

procomp has 1.5" and 3" tall 3" wide aluminum blocks.

Some 3"x3" steel square tubing works as well, drill a hole in the center and weld a pin in.
