Checking the relief valve

Quick question on this... the banjo bolt has crush washers to form the seal on the banjo bolt. Is everyone having to replace these after checking the function of the relief valve on the rail?

No I've had mine off a couple of times. Mine have rubber that seals it. As long as the rubber is intact I think you will be ok.

I reused mine when I capped the rail.

Thanks for the confirm. Didnt wan't to spend the money on a cap and rail gauge right now if it wasn't crap.

Just tap the banjo bolt with a 1/8 NPT tap and put a pipe plug in it with some LocTite.

Thats exactly what I did to mine and has been fine ever since.
