so how do you use dodge nv4500 in superduty/ do i adapt ford line to dodge slave cylinder,, or try to adapt the dodge system to ford pedal?

I think its better to adapt the whole dodge system, bolts to the firewall and modify the rod to fit.

I used the ford master and dodge slave. Had a hydraulic shop make a new hose

about $40 if I recall. less work that way!!

I used the ford master cylinder and line from the same year model (2003)and the dodge slave cylinder. The ford master and dodge slave have the same bore dia. 20mm IIRC.
No modifcation needed for the rod and the line stayed tucked up to my fire wall. Works great with no problems.
