Just curious to see some peoples experience with these and which one is better I'm leaning towards our ringing but some input would be great

From my research on these forums, for composition head gasket engines, o-rings with a stock Cummins gasket is best.

Cometic headgaskets can be hit or miss in my experience. Used a set on a buddies Supercharged 6.0 chevy and it would push out coolant under heavy boost at times. Used arp's and torqued to spec. Retorqued the head a third time and the problem seemed to go away. I used oem chevy mls gaskets on my setup which was very similar and didn't have a single problem pushing water under boost.

oem cummins gasket and orings seems to be the general consensus for high hp builds and of course arp 625's if you can swing it.

Just replaced a head with o-rings with one without. I now run a cometic gasket.

Haven't been able to drive it much, but she has held 62psi boost and around 100mph.

Is that on the 97 and what studs are you running? It's good to hear people having success with the cometics.
