Well, here's to hoping a gnarly storm comes through with enough damage to get ins. to cover it BUT not destroy the rest of your house in the mean time. And then you get to keep the toy! :Cheer:

How bad is it? You probably missed all the storms this year, but if you let me know where in Ohio, I can look up weather data for you. Did you have anyone inspect it and/or neighbors getting new roofs?
