Anyone now anything about these engine and if there are any programmers or anything for it. And also has anyone every done a swap using this engine? Thanks for any info anyone can give me. Does anyone know which vehicles had these engines so I could start looking for one. This is where I found out about the engine: Cummins 4BE - Cummins 4BT & Diesel Conversions Forums

you will have a tough time getting that to fit in a ranger, because it is a rear gear train engine. I put a regular 4b in my ranger and it fits good, but having a SAE 3 bellhousing will be difficult. And there are no programmers available

The truck in that vid has a p-pumped 4bt not a commonrail. I think it would be an easier swap with a p-pumped motor but if you find someone that can program a commonrail that would be great.
