Compressor wheel resistance?

I have been having a spooling issue lately.
I have done the boost leak check and all the usual culprits. I pulled the mid pipe between the two turbos and if I spin the compressor wheel with my hand it has a good amount of resistance. It will spin two revolutions and stop. All my other turbos seem to spin forever by hand.

This is a 64-74-13 I had made up last year. What do you think would cause this? And do you think it could be my spooling issue?

Your best to run the engine for a min or so, shut it off then check spin.

Dry bearings combined with some coking can add resistance.

probably carbon accumulation under the heatshield, easy to resolve with a rebuild.
