Dev took our 12 valve built cummins to victory lane with a 411ft pull!! Breaking it in the old fasion way....

I would guess the sled was set for a street class.
 
Wade you seem way too excited about this to be an "engine builder". Unless this is your first successful engine build.
 
This was an open class in napanee ontario I believe.

I would also like to say congrats to Dev, sounds like he's really happy with how it ran the first time out. Wish I could have made it down to run against him but ended up hitting up the big rig drags in Notre dame instead.
 
If its like here on the east coast of canada, open class would normally be about 550-650hp. So if he's making 800 or so, hed likely walk away from the competition. I know the top 3 trucks here put 70 ish feet on the rest.

So because my son gets a "B" on his report card and i get excited about it, am i less of a parent?

All of our builds are successful, i take pride and am excited in them all, Because i love what i do. That will never change.

Yes. Hear I am. LOL Funny wade is excited about a win that was 81 ft ahead. I would have kept it to myself cause I'm picking on folks or been down cause there was no competition. I remember when I was a newb though so I understand wade.
