Coolant question????

So today i went to get some coolant at the local dodge dealership, and when they gave me the gallon, it was red.. He told me this is the stuff that should of came with the truck.. Truck has green in it.something about corrosion. Any real info on what should be in the truck guys.... Thanks

The last 4 cr's Ive had all had the red coolant. Should be a HOAT coolant

The red/pink is what came in them from the factory. I've always heard it referred to as G05 type coolant.
