Does anyone know what the cooling system on a common rail sees as far as pressure and flow? Lavon said that he's seen over 100psi of pressure with a clipped water pump at 5500 rpms. I'm trying to figure out what size relief valve I will need to put in a custom coolant bypass and what pressure I want that valve to open at. I will only be turning about 4500-5k. I'm looking at using one of these:

If not I can just use a ball valve but it would be nice to not have to pop the hood to open and close it. Thanks for the help.
