Ok I have been reading about Cryogenic Stress relieved shafts and was wondering what the deal was with these. How much stronger does it make them and how much does it cost? Were can you have it done at?

Lots of metallurgy theory behind this process. Much like mellinating, except on the opposite end of the spectrum. (Freezing versus super-heating) Both processes harden steel.
I would like to see a tensile strength test to see what gains are made too..:)

Been there done that..... Didn't help, still snapped shafts. Too bad as it would have been a lot cheaper than billet versions.

How much power are you turning though? I'm thinking I will do billet input and cryoed output and intermediate. Only looking at 450-500 hp right now when I'm done.

i broke a big input shaft for an NV4500 that was cryo'd...the 2nd person to ever do so, and i did it in 4th at 45mph with a stock charger

My experience with cryoed stock parts was they were stronger being left alone.
