does the cam help quite a bit, what are the benifits, do the pistons need to be flycut and how is the idle does it change

i'm north of st louis missouri.
the cam will work in 12v and 24v no fly cut pistons the cam helps keep exhaust temps down helps spool turbo faster. the idle dose not change. the exhaust manifiold is for a 12v but think it will work on a 24v.

For everyone's information, the 12v manifold will not work on a 24v. 12v exhaust holes are rectangular, the 24v are round.
