Looking for anyone who has swapped a Cummins in a square body Chevy and used the Chevy radiator. I'm assuming I'll have to fab a hard line and connect with hose at the engine and at the radiator to make the reduction in size but maybe I'm missing an easier (better) way to do it? Any help would be appreciated.

Would you happen to have any pictures of your setup Signature600? What type of piping did you use?

I've spliced two different size hoses with a exhaust reducer on mine no problem in 5 plus years.

I used a 90 degree weld el that matched the cummins motor, with a straight hose between the two, and welded a smaller piece in the other end, and then used a 45 hose to the chevy radiator.

Thanks for the responses. Hopefully I can piece something decent together!

I used a stock upper hose for a second gen (trimmed down the length on both ends) on one of mine. I did have to make a "bushing" out of a smaller hose for the neck on the radiator as the outlet is smaller than the ID of the hose.
