I have a p pumped 24v just redid the fire rings on it went the bleed the lines 1-5 I crack the motor smoothed out but six was still crack and the motor was still running smooth to my knowledge could cylinder six not be hitting 7x.12 injectors and a fass220 pump or could there be a leak

Pump probably has a dead plunger.

The pump was just tested by power driven

Check your valves, if all is good there have the injectors checked, after that maybe a compression test.

Swap #6 injector with another hole and see if it follows.
