Dana 80 yoke part nber

Does anyone have the part number for a Dana 80 yoke in a 1999 2500 4x4 5spd. Or know the correct style needed so I order the right one. My parts store says the are a few styles

I have one it was used for about a month if that. Factory dodge unit. I replaced the whole rear when it went out and it had a yoke on it.

Well I have been told they use a couple different styles of yokes on these, I jsut want to make sure i get the right one. Unfortunatly I cannot get the part number off of mine because I cannot get it off the truck, and the tag with the 7 digit number to indentify the rear end is gone.
