Deranged eats a bearing

Did you break it in on other oil or just run the Royal Purple? I always heard that you had to break it in with regular oil before switching to the Royal Purple. I don't have clue it if it is true or not just asking.

Tim, this really sucks to hear. Good luck with the repairs/rebuild. Hopefully it didn't tear anything up really bad.
 
that 6.0 made 1058 @ bd's dyno (in abbotsford).... NOT 1070.... thanx


and they don't have the sensor's hooked up to measure torque... so who knows how they calculate the actual numbers...
 
1064 actually, but who's counting,, LOL HP on a mustang can be calculated without torque. Because it is a load dyno, it measures resistance and converts that to HP
