Well I feed my low pressure regulator 275PSIG. It doesn't flow any gas unless their is a negative pressure placed upon it. As that vacuum is increased it releases gas to bring it back to that original setting. Basically the ideal setting is to have the low pressure regulator not flowing any gas while the motor is sitting idle at a stop light. Once you mash on the go pedal that's when or where you would want it to start flowing gas. I see no need to try or want to burn any CNG with out trying to move my truck down the road. I think it would be a waste of CNG for it to be used for anything other than moving forward down the road.
