Diesel Fuel in engine oil 2000 24v

A buddy of mine just called and said he had engine oil all over the under side of his truck. He checked the engine oil level and it was over full and smelled like diesel fuel. He has a 2000 24v. The only thing i can think of is if the injector o-rings went bad but he said the truck runs great. Thanks.
 
That or he has a stuck injector which is pouring fuel. Whichever it is he needs to get the injectors out of there ASAP and to a shop.
 
I called him and he dropped it off at a shop and they are going to check it out in the morning.
 
Good deal, washing of the cylinder walls is BAD, getting it fixed is GOOD! LOL LOL
