I would think that a 99-04 superduty would be and easy swap.
The problem is DynaTrac makes their products out of gold and diamonds, or at least charge you like they do.I've been looking online at some of the 4wd shop offerings. DynaTrac has something called a Pro Rock 60. It says it has larger rotors. I'll call them Monday and check it out. I might be able to find a shop that can splice something onto mine. If I could get brakes that worked as well as 3rd gen's I'd be happy to mod the rear to get the wheels to match. I don't have rear discs yet. I've asked around and everyone says the fronts are the problem. Going to rear discs is only a slight improvement.
i'd start talking to brake companies and see if there are any kits.... maybe bigger calipers etc.
No need for drilled rotors on a 1 ton truck. Just one more place to introduce cracking.
