Looking for info on how to build a "hardware store" water injection kit
Has anyone done one or know anything about them. Talked to some local guys that drag race and say they work good. Looking for ideas and pics before I attempt it.
 
Old school!!! Windshield washer fluid bottle and pump on a toggle switch or pressure switch. Also I've used the hydro pump off a pickup dump truck on a switch

I made my own using a pump I had laying around from snow, 1/4" plastic air brake line with push lock fittings, electric solenoid to ensure no bleed off, and a Hobbs switch to a relay to control it with boost.
 
We ran a snowplow pump setup with enderle tips on the tractor for a few seasons. Simple and worked great

I have an old aeromotive boost controlled fuel pump controller off a supercharger kit on a Dakota I have. It uses boost pressure to control the secondary pump and has 6 or so slide scale adjustments for % power. Would this work in place of the Hobbs switch running a pump. I'll try n post pics of it tomorrow.
