Hi, When i installed my Fluidampr on my 12 valve cummins, i noticed the sound of the engine got a lot quieter! Has anyone else experienced this? I have not checked my timing yet. Does the Fluidampr redirect harmonics in a different way as to make the engine this much quieter? Thanks, Tim

Every motor I've ever installed a fluiddampr on has significantly reduced vibration and has made everything seem quieter.

Ok. Thanks collin bucko! I am thinking withthe big difference in sound I noticed the stock dampner does very little except to serve as the drive pulley.

Yes, a lot less vibrations on the truck. I will always run one now.

Daltron and myself installed one on my 12v signature and his 06. Yes, a lot quieter and smoother

I put one on a couple weeks ago on an 02 24v. It was alot smoother. It has an auto trans and it shifts smoother also.

If I ever need a new balancer, Id love to get one of these with all the smooth reviews I hear. Its supposed to be even better on manual trucks ;)
