Bam!

And it dies at 55 lbs/minute. A stock HE351VE does about that too.

I need at least 80 pounds per minute at the top end. Thus twins.

The PR of 4 was for the set.

If I am using a single, I need a PR of 4 from it alone.

If you have a bigger spread between charger sizes, you'll be well into boost before the primary comes on line. Then wastegate it down once the primary starts putting out.
