with the motor idling, should the top pump vibrate?

Also, I'm not sure if it's the power coat playing visual tricks but the wheel looks like it's wobbling. is it that easy to distort these wheels when removed?

The pully wheel went on straight and it's torqued to spec

ATS stuff

No vibration on my ATS kit.Could the shaft be tweeked a little?

so, your hand on the valve cover is the same on the pump?

the pump is new.

hmm I might order up a new pully tomorrow.

before ya order one I would pull it off and throw it on a bench to see if you can see a curve in it.

What's the easiest way to pull it off? there's no direct way to attach a steering wheel puller to it.

just use a puller- fits on the inside of the pulley (kinda a PITA) but it doesnt take much to get it off

What did you torque the pulley to?

Maybe it's not seated square on the shaft...

what ever the spec was 55' I believe

jsf350, put some washers and nuts behind the wheel I suppose? hmmmmm

when it's above zero I'll tear it down. :)

just going by the video if you just look at the retaining nut or narrow part on the back of the pulley( at the shaft) it looks smooth, but looking at the serpintine part you can see the vibration. Would make me think the pulley is warped or out of round

Check the pulley by sliding a straight edge against it very carefully and see if it rubs smoothly or if it hits only on the high spot.
