These are titanium dual valve spring retainers and 10* steel locks. They are used and have signs of use from the previous owners valve springs. They do not come with the valve springs, but I will point the buyer in the right direction for a set of springs for them (they're $150). I'm going with more of a hot street truck than all out so just sticking with single springs for now.
I'll trade for TI retainers and locks for single springs or $200 shipped.
