Duramax in Superduty

Like the title says what all would i need to do to put a duramax into a superduty?

Time, Money and a Donor Truck... I would think buying a wrecked D-max would be your best option to do the Swap. 2WD or 4WD?

A 2WD would be way easier.

I can't be Certain, but I'm not sure about the Front Axle and the transfer case, this is assuming you would keep the Allison Vs. The Ford Tranny.

I just put a '05 Ford Dana 60 under the front of a '02 Chevy, can't be any harder than that!

The guys at ATS Diesel are putting a Duramax/Allison and AAM 9.25 front axle into their '99 F350 called Great White. Call them up and see if you can find out what is involved in the swap from them.
